Our Fees Policy:

Our negotiation, booking and contract fees range from 10%-20% depending on the complexity of your event and the amount of hours/days/months we spend assisting you with your entertainment. We welcome the opportunity to get quotes for you but some people take advantage of our time and expertise then book nothing with us.

We have implemented a "reasonable" 2 week time frame during which we will, discuss your event, call our Artists and obtain quotes, availabilities and at your request place an Artist on 48 hour "hold." For this service up to two weeks there will be no charge to you the client.

After two weeks if we are still negotiating, calling other Artists, working with your venue coordinator, getting more quotes etc. we will charge and bill a "consultation fee" of $35.00/hr. This fee will be applicable whether or not you book anyone with us. However, should you do a contract with us the consulting fees are waived and our normal 10-20% fees go into effect.

If we negotiate an agreement, place an Artist on hold and draw up and issue contracts to you and the Artist, and you then change your mind before signing there will be a minimum "contract/document cancellation fee" of $100.00 payable within 30 days.
